Vijay Israni - President |
Vijay Israni is an engineer who grew up thinking about energy, its production and its utilization by modern man. He was acutely aware of the essential, even vital role of energy in the evolution of mankind, as also the effects traditional methods of energy production and utilization were (and are!) having on our environment.
Having worked in several fields throughout his 20+ year career and having built several organizations dealing with Civil Engineering, Telecommunications Technology and Customer Support in Internet and Communications companies such as Lucent Technologies, Redback Networks and Mahi Networks, he felt the time was right for him to direct his attention, skills and experience to the field of energy, which has always been close to his heart!
Vijay is an Electrical Engineer with an MBA in Management and has built several business and customer support organizations from scratch, managing teams of cross-functional technical personnel on complex projects. He brings to 3rd Rock Systems & Technologies his passion for clean, intelligent energy with a desire to make it available to the thinking consumer in the easiest, painless, most cost effective manner!
Vijay believes that the world is poised for a major change in our approach to energy and this great nation has always been at the forefront of innovation and leadership. Elliot Jaramillo - Vice President of Sales |
Elliot joined 3rd Rock in 2002 and directs sales efforts for both the public and private markets. Since then, Elliot has helped develop many of California's largest Solar Schools Projects and is constantly working to improve and accelerate the acceptance of Renewable Energy technologies by our Society.
Elliot believes that we have a social and economic responsibility to respect our planet and has made a conscious decision to use his time to help impact the Renewable Energy Markets.
Prior to joining 3rd Rock Systems, Elliot spent over ten years in sales and marketing for companies such as Automatic Data Processing and Bank of America.
Elliot holds a B.A. in Business Finance from California State University Fullerton. |

Raghu Kedar - Director Of Operations |
Raghu came on board in late 2006, to assist Vijay and 3rd Rock Systems optimize and manage the expanding Business Plans of the Company in the growing Renewable Energy Sector. Raghu too, shares the Company’s vision of a clean, green Earth.
He brings with him a rich experience and expertise of over 25 years of top level exposure and Management in the Manufacturing, Projects and Operations Environment in a broad spectrum of Electronics and Electrical Products & Services such as Test Equipment, Consumer Durables, Office Equipment, Process Control, Radio Trunking, Weighing Solutions and Power Electronics to name a few.
Raghu has a Masters degree in Physics/Electronics and Business Management.
And to unwind, Raghu loves to exercise his vocal cords with light music.
